第二百六十六条 被保险人为防止或者减少根据合同可以得到赔偿的损失而支出的必要的合理费用，为确定海上保险事故的性质、程度而支出的检验、估价等合理费用，以及为执行保险人的特别通知而支出的费用，应当由保险人在保险标的损失赔偿之外另行支付。
